Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities for new hires, including background checks, offer letters, and document storage
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure HR paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support
  • Process HRIS updates for employee changes and ensure accurate reporting for payroll
  • Maintain HR files, records, and documentation to ensure compliance
  • Assist with compliance training, HR reporting, and employee inquiries
  • Represent the company with professionalism in conduct, attitude, and appearance

What You Need

  • Associate’s Degree in HR or related field (SHRM certification preferred)
  • At least 3 years of HR-related experience required
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and onboarding processes
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and virtual onboarding tools
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
