Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote role with reliable high-speed wired internet required
- Must maintain a quiet, suitable home workspace
What You’ll Do
- Make inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to coordinate screenings, visits, vaccinations, and medication refills.
- Educate members about benefits, encourage healthy choices, and help overcome barriers to care.
- Document all interactions in health records accurately.
- Deliver empathetic, professional service while meeting performance and quality goals.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfort with Windows, web-based apps, and troubleshooting digital tools
- Reliable high-speed internet (50mbps+) with wired connectivity
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual highly preferred
- 2+ years call center or outreach experience
- 3+ years in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with HEDIS screenings, behavior change, or medical certifications (CNA, MA, etc.)
