What You’ll Do
- Analyze merchant statements and uncover actionable savings opportunities
- Craft clear, persuasive narratives to support partners in closing deals or winning back lost business
- Join partner calls to provide payment expertise, support negotiations, and explain solutions
- Manage pipeline activity for partner-sourced leads, including re-engagement tactics
- Collaborate with partner account managers and sales teams on strategy and execution
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and deliver regular status/impact reports
What You Need
- 2+ years in merchant services, payment processing, or similar financial services role
- Proven ability to analyze merchant statements and present tailored solutions
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, written and verbal
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience; strong Excel proficiency
- Comfort working with partners and merchants across industries and business sizes
