Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote, USA-based
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing accounts to strengthen client relationships
- Anticipate needs and reduce churn by identifying at-risk customers and taking action
- Serve as the main point of contact for post-sale client needs (excluding technical support)
- Direct clients to appropriate resources and ensure timely resolutions
- Meet sales quotas through cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams and collaborate with marketing on campaigns
- Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process and follow up with advocates and detractors
Requirements
- Experience in customer care or support
- Experience in sales, marketing, or B2B software environments preferred
- BS/BA degree in a related field preferred
- SaaS product knowledge and CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer care mindset
