Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote within the USA
- Reports to the Director of Onboarding
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients after software purchase to gather required data and information
- Develop project plans with detailed tasks and timelines for implementation
- Communicate regularly with clients for feedback and approval during setup
- Customize Club Caddie systems to meet each client’s operational needs
- Train clients on software and add-on modules
- Create detailed documentation of all client-specific customizations
- Install software and components; ensure key deliverables and milestones are met
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for additional development needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a related role
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- At least 3 years of golf course operations experience; familiarity with competitors’ systems a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Action-oriented, approachable, and highly motivated problem solver
