About Trilogy Federal
Trilogy Federal partners with federal agencies to improve services for Veterans and their families. For this six-month project, we’re helping the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) assess customer satisfaction with burial and memorial benefits, ensuring a dignified final resting place for those who served.
Schedule
- Temporary, part-time role (approx. 6.5 months)
- Shifts: Monday–Friday, either 9 AM–1 PM ET or 1 PM–5 PM ET
- Remote role, with potential for onsite training in the D.C. Metro Area
What You’ll Do
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from next-of-kin regarding VA surveys
- Deliver best-in-class support on behalf of Trilogy Federal
- Troubleshoot and resolve survey-related questions
- Escalate issues as needed for resolution
- Maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Keep accurate documentation of all interactions
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of professional office-based work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact warmly and effectively with Veterans from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work a daily 4-hour shift for the project duration
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of or experience working with the VA
- Fluency in Spanish to support next-of-kin inquiries
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hour
