With a remote-first culture and teams in 90+ countries, we deliver customer experiences in over 50 languages.
Schedule
- Remote, part-time (must reside in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Argentina, or Costa Rica)
- Orientation: 40 hours per week for 8 weeks (4 AM – 1 PM PT for the first 4 weeks, then self-scheduled)
- Production: 25 hours per week (12 hours required on Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Flexible 24/7 production hours after orientation
- 180-day project commitment
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Spanish and English
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with account navigation
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely support
- Manage 3–5 simultaneous chats in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure customers have the best possible music streaming experience
What You Need
- Fluent in Spanish and English (must pass language assessments)
- Experience in chat-based customer support preferred
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
- A dedicated workspace with reliable equipment
Workspace Requirements
- Desktop/laptop with Windows 10 or newer (Chromebooks not accepted)
- At least 8GB RAM (dual monitors recommended)
- Broadband internet, minimum 25 Mbps
- High-quality headset with noise-canceling microphone
- Webcam or smartphone for security verification
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software and 2FA
