Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Must be available during U.S. business hours

What You’ll Do

  • Input and manage employee onboarding in the HRIS system
  • Conduct background checks and arrange drug testing
  • Oversee offboarding for departing employees
  • Respond to employment verification requests
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements
  • Process purchase requests and equipment orders
  • Manage mail distribution and package handling
  • Maintain document management and learning systems
  • Assist in company meetings, HR events, and communications
  • Provide backup support to HR Generalists and other departments

What You Need

  • 1+ years of office or administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills, including G-Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Ability to multitask across multiple browsers and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive data
  • Willingness to work in U.S. time zones
