Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Standard 8-hour shifts
- Must align with healthcare team schedules
What You’ll Do
- Document patient encounters including histories, exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Update and manage patient records in the EHR system
- Enter data in real-time to support providers during consultations
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and staff for accurate documentation
- Review and edit charts for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling and correspondence
What You Need
- Prior experience as a medical scribe or in healthcare preferred
- Strong typing, transcription, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with medical terminology and EHR systems a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- CMSS or HIPAA certification preferred but not required
