Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- 8-hour shifts in EST or PST (with 1-hour lunch)
What You’ll Do
- Manage member appointments, lab testing, and clinician consultations
- Provide real-time issue resolution and first-response chat support
- Maintain accurate member records and monitor workflows across platforms
- Coordinate with clinical partners and audit laboratory bills for accuracy
- Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Track member experience metrics and suggest process improvements
What You Need
- 1+ year of relevant professional experience
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with chat platforms, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and productivity apps (Notion, Airtable, Slack)
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable home office setup with backup internet, functional webcam, and noise-canceling headset
