Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts as needed
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, internet) from members, clients, providers, and partners
- Provide accurate information on prescriptions, plans, products, services, and procedures
- Process payments, verify eligibility, and update order or shipping status
- Research and resolve customer complaints with discretion and judgment
- Educate and influence customers on the value of VSP Vision products and services
- Maintain accurate documentation, forms, and account updates
- Support special projects such as benefit fairs, open enrollment, or claim processing if required
What You Need
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center, insurance, retail, software, or related industries)
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal rapport
- Ability to multitask: listen, document, and assist customers in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MS Office and ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Internet knowledge and technical comfort with browser settings
- Flexibility to adapt to multiple lines of business requirements
