Schedule

  • Full-time, remote within the United States
  • Flexible shifts, may include weekends, holidays, or overnight schedules

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to member, client, provider, and business partner inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Provide support on prescriptions, plans, products, eligibility verification, order status, payments, and e-commerce questions
  • Research and resolve complex issues, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
  • Educate and influence customers on the benefits of VSP products and services
  • Identify trends and escalate issues that could impact service quality
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and product offerings

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience handling moderate to complex inquiries (call center, insurance, retail, healthcare, or related fields)
  • Must be fluent in English and a second language
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems and software applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must meet home office internet/equipment requirements (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, wired connection)

Compensation

  • $15.75 – $22.58 per hour
  • May include bonuses and commissions based on role and performance
