Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST
- 100% remote position
What You’ll Do
- Answer 40–50 inbound calls per day
- Take patient payments and update demographics
- Provide claim status and explain copays/deductibles
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and providers
- Handle multiple programs and systems simultaneously
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Customer service experience in healthcare (required)
- Ability to interpret and explain EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
- Strong written communication and polite phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, self-managed, and problem-solving mindset
Compensation
