Schedule
- 6-month contracted role
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Must be available for 1–2 weekend days as assigned
- Remote (U.S.-based)
What You’ll Do
- Identify fraud patterns and conduct investigations to deter fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Manage inbound appeals, prioritizing and resolving cases efficiently
- Review live and historical data to ensure accuracy and security of the platform
What You Need
- 1–2+ years of professional experience in fraud, data processing, or support—or strong academic record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive issues with confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with ZenDesk or similar tools
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with the gig economy
