What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of support representatives, set goals, and ensure performance standards are met.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance service quality.
- Monitor customer interactions and ticket management, resolving escalated issues.
- Collaborate across departments to reduce support inquiries and improve processes.
- Analyze support workflows and propose solutions for efficiency.
- Generate reports on performance, satisfaction, and resolution metrics.
What You Need
- 1+ year of leadership or coaching experience (preferred).
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Conflict resolution and escalation management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
