Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote
  • Preferred hours: 7 AM – 6 PM PST or MST (negotiable)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a daily support queue and resolve carrier issues quickly
  • Make outbound calls to high-value customers and special programs
  • Collaborate across departments to build best practices and SOPs
  • Generate playbooks, macros, and processes to strengthen the team
  • Share knowledge, future-proof operations, and advocate for customer retention

What You Need

  • 2–4 years of experience in support or account management (transportation, fleet fuel cards, or financial services a big plus)
  • Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Zendesk experience a plus
  • Bilingual in Russian or Punjabi a plus
