Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Shifts vary between Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
  • Evening shifts receive $2.00/hour differential pay

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule, cancel, and confirm patient appointments while following physician-specific guidelines
  • Answer patient calls and route non-scheduling inquiries appropriately
  • Collect and enter accurate registration, demographic, and insurance details
  • Provide one-call resolution whenever possible
  • Document and process messages for appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints
  • Meet quality and service goals aligned with contact center metrics
  • Assist in training initiatives for new hires

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in computer use and navigating multiple software platforms
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
