Schedule
- Fully remote (must have reliable high-speed internet and private workspace)
- Monday–Friday schedule, business hours
- Initial training provided remotely
What You’ll Do
- Respond to practitioner inquiries regarding credentialing, re-credentialing, and contracting via phone and queue system
- Assist providers with participation requirements, contractual issues, and administrative support
- Perform credentialing and re-credentialing activities per plan specifications
- Capture complaints, process change requests, and forward complex issues to supervisors for resolution
- Maintain confidentiality of practitioner files and sensitive records
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare, credentialing, or provider relations experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
