Schedule
- Full-time, 40–42 hours per week
- Shifts vary between 8 AM – 8 PM ET
- Remote role (must reside in NY)
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
- Support customers with billing, claims, technical support, and policy questions.
- Follow up with policyholders through outbound calls and emails.
- Act as a brand ambassador, educating customers on Fetch’s tools and resources.
- Document all interactions accurately in systems.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance and call resolution goals.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Ability to multitask across systems while engaging with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working remotely and independently.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
