Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST
- Applicants must live in EST or CST time zones
Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate medical services for claimants with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively monitor and manage files using proprietary web-based systems.
- Identify potential problems or delays in care and propose timely solutions.
- Provide both telephonic and written customer support services.
- Document all actions, communications, and case activity.
- Ensure all files are complete with appropriate documentation.
- Stay current on policies and procedures via CorVel intranet and SharePoint.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior work experience in a customer service or scheduling environment preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work both independently and on a team.
