Schedule
- Pay Range: $13.50 – $16.50 per hour
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
- Fully Remote
Responsibilities
- Manage collection of accounts in legal phase while maintaining professionalism and excellent service.
- Serve as liaison between RSi and attorneys to resolve debts cost effectively.
- Review and approve delinquent account files for timely collection action.
- Research and verify debtor assets; perform skip tracing as needed.
- Ensure quality, integrity, and accuracy of assigned inventory.
- Maintain productivity goals across all assigned accounts.
- Use auto dialer in a call center environment to make/receive calls.
- Document all collection activity and respond to inquiries from all relevant parties.
- Represent clients in court; testify regarding reasonable and customary charges.
- Manage multiple projects independently under aggressive timelines.
- Organize workload to meet departmental goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of collections experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Experience with Latitude, FACS, and EPIC strongly preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
