Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day
- Pay: $17.50 per hour
- Fully remote role
What You’ll Do
- Recover medical debt while maintaining quality customer service, professionalism, and integrity
- Ensure proper management and integrity of assigned account inventory
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain acceptable productivity levels on all assigned accounts
- Work on an auto dialer for the full 8-hour shift making and receiving continuous calls
- Document all collection activity and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately
- Maximize productivity in recovering delinquent accounts
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
What You Need
- Excellent communication skills with ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Ability to document and respond quickly to written and verbal communications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous collections or healthcare experience a plus
