Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Hours: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST (assigned after training)
- Training schedule (12 weeks): 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Compensation
- $19.50 per hour
- Annual Service Commitment Bonus (eligibility applies)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for members, providers, and internal teams by delivering accurate information on health plan benefits and services
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, addressing inquiries ranging from simple to complex with patience and empathy
- Use strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to de-escalate challenging calls while providing outstanding service
- Accurately document call details and maintain compliance with departmental standards
- Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and support member retention
- Consistently meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of continuous experience in a prior role, ideally in customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish (required); additional languages such as Portuguese or Haitian Creole are highly desirable
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely with access to a distraction-free workspace and high-speed internet
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and technical competency assessment (60–90 minutes, desktop/laptop only)
- Reliable references from prior supervisors
