Schedule
- Full-time, remote role based in the U.S.
- Monday through Friday, 8AM–6PM MST (availability required during these hours)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from business owners, agents, and bookkeepers
- Guide customers through insurance audit questions with empathy and professionalism
- Record and relay information accurately to ensure audits stay on schedule
- Resolve inquiries promptly and collaborate with internal teams to handle complex cases
- Provide clear, solutions-oriented support while maintaining a positive customer experience
What You Need
- 1–2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Comfortable with databases and computer systems
- Professional, confident, and solutions-oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Compensation
- $13.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on qualifications, experience, and location)
