What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for internal benefit configuration, formulary management, and plan setup inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues related to benefit and formulary discrepancies
- Configure and maintain benefit plans, copay structures, and coverage rules
- Generate and analyze utilization reports and compliance metrics
- Collaborate with Account Management, Clinical, and Contact Center teams to resolve issues
- Support daily benefit configuration tasks and formulary maintenance
- Partner with PBM Pharmacy Associate on complex issues
- Maintain accurate documentation for benefit plan and formulary setups
What You Need
- Pharmacy Technician or related experience preferred
- 1–3 years of PBM experience in benefits administration or plan configuration
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Compensation
- $22.00 – $26.44 per hour, based on experience and location
