Schedule
- Full-time, remote role with occasional in-office requirements in Atlanta, GA
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service on inbound and outbound calls
- Secure valid payment arrangements from customers in non-renewal status to maximize monthly renewals
- Manage delinquent accounts by contacting customers and references to bring accounts current
- Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM software and update account details
- Complete outbound call requirements and meet KPIs, EVPH metrics, and other performance standards
- Skip trace accounts when applicable
- Contact newly assigned accounts within one business day
- Participate in monthly team meetings to share updates on account management progress
- Deliver first-call resolution whenever possible and maintain professionalism under pressure
What You Need
- 1–3 years of collections or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with billing and collections procedures a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with peers and leadership
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends when required

- $20/hour base pay + monthly bonus potential (subject to performance standards)
