Schedule
- Full-time, temporary role through December 31, 2025
- Must reside in Mountain Time Zone (MST)
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST

What You’ll Do
- Field and resolve overnight questions and support requests from patients each morning
- Respond to and triage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and SMS throughout the day
- Assist Clinical Managers and Sprinters with real-time scheduling changes
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
- Maintain accurate appointment documentation and records while meeting service benchmarks
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in customer or patient service, healthcare required
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk
- Proficiency in EHR systems and healthcare software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between clinical and administrative teams
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and delivering quality, patient-centered support
