Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in Mountain or Pacific time zone)
- Temporary through December 31, 2025, with a completion bonus
- Start Date: September 22, 2025
- Includes 2 weeks of paid training
What You’ll Do
- Make 120–150 outbound calls daily, speaking with 70–80 patients and booking 14+ appointments per day
- Build trust with patients and caregivers, encouraging them to schedule no-cost in-home health services
- Educate patients on the importance of their ordered services and the benefits of in-home care
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
- Use strong communication and organizational skills to support patients and address questions
- Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams while ensuring a seamless patient experience
What You Need
- Residence in MST or PST
- 2+ years of high-volume outbound call center experience (1+ year in healthcare required)
- Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare software
- Experience with Five9, Zendesk, and Mac systems
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Ability to manage calls, email, and chat across multiple systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Suite and Slack
