Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position (must reside in Mountain or Pacific time zone)
  • Temporary through December 31, 2025, with a completion bonus
  • Start Date: September 22, 2025
  • Includes 2 weeks of paid training

What You’ll Do

  • Make 120–150 outbound calls daily, speaking with 70–80 patients and booking 14+ appointments per day
  • Build trust with patients and caregivers, encouraging them to schedule no-cost in-home health services
  • Educate patients on the importance of their ordered services and the benefits of in-home care
  • Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
  • Use strong communication and organizational skills to support patients and address questions
  • Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams while ensuring a seamless patient experience

What You Need

  • Residence in MST or PST
  • 2+ years of high-volume outbound call center experience (1+ year in healthcare required)
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare software
  • Experience with Five9, Zendesk, and Mac systems
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Ability to manage calls, email, and chat across multiple systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Suite and Slack
