What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular check-ins
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a set revenue quota
  • Act as a trusted advisor by developing deep product knowledge and sharing best practices
  • Monitor customer health, mitigate churn risks, and advocate for customer needs internally
  • Partner with Professional Services on implementations and serve as a consistent point of contact
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to relay feedback and shape product direction
  • Track and report on success metrics such as adoption, retention, churn, ARR growth, and renewals
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with technical support teams

What You Need

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related SaaS roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proven ability to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools
  • Demonstrated track record of driving retention and account growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in distributor software solutions or related business operations
  • Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based technologies
  • Familiarity with customer success methodologies (NPS, CSAT, churn analysis)
  • Evidence of consistent net revenue growth in previous account management roles
