Schedule

  • Full-time, remote-first role (preference for candidates in Virginia, Missouri, North Carolina, Philadelphia, or New Jersey)
  • Flexible hours in a distributed team environment

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for client support via phone, email, or web portal
  • Triage and document support tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases
  • Collaborate with product, development, and implementation teams to resolve issues
  • Contribute to support documentation, training resources, and knowledge base content

What You Need

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing support (help desk, application support, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working across multiple systems in a ticket-based workflow
  • Experience in public sector or education environments is a strong plus
