Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must reside in one of the following states: FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OH, TX, WI
- Standard business hours (“banker’s hours”)
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and close Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) while ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Handle deceased member accounts, working directly with survivors and estate administrators
- Support members with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), including contributions, distributions, and transfers
- Review and maintain specialty accounts including trust, estate, business, custodial, guardian, and rep payee accounts
- Verify and audit account documents such as Certificates of Trust, POA, probate, and custodial forms
- Train and provide guidance to other departments on specialty account procedures
- Stay informed on Connexus products, services, and account regulations
What You Need
- Minimum 1+ years of related financial services or account management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of IRAs, HSAs, and applicable regulations (certifications preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and make informed account decisions
- Professional communication skills and ability to provide excellent member service
