Schedule
- Remote role (open to U.S. candidates) or onsite in Denver, CO

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main credentialing contact for providers and insurance payors (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, commercial plans)
- Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications via PECOS, CAQH, and internal systems
- Conduct primary source verification of licenses, certifications, and other required credentials
- Assist providers in maintaining complete, accurate CAQH profiles
- Maintain up-to-date provider demographics, licensure, and payor participation records
- Proactively resolve provider/payor delays and escalate barriers as needed
- Partner with internal teams to remove credentialing bottlenecks and ensure compliance
- Communicate clearly with providers and partners via phone, email, and text throughout the process
What Success Looks Like
- Week 1: Learn systems, payor relationships, and credentialing workflows
- Month 1: Begin managing applications and payor/provider relationships independently
- Month 2: Consistently meet turnaround times and accuracy goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct healthcare credentialing experience (Medicare + commercial/private plans)
- Hands-on experience with primary source verification and compliance standards
- Proficiency with PECOS and CAQH systems
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple workflows at once
- Strong written/verbal communication and customer service mindset
- Comfortable using multiple databases and communication platforms
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $21.00 – $23.00
