- You select your availability for pre-scheduled video calls
- No cold calling or outbound sales required
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 1–3 pre-scheduled client video calls daily to discuss executive recruitment needs
- Qualify prospects using structured frameworks and confirm service alignment
- Clearly communicate the value of Keller’s recruitment solutions
- Capture client requirements and seamlessly transition them to the recruiting team
- Maintain CRM notes, pipeline updates, and follow-up communications
- Suggest process improvements to increase conversion and client satisfaction
What You Need
- 25+ years of professional work history
- At least 2 years of success in full-cycle recruiting or consultative B2B sales
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to translate complex recruitment solutions into clear, client-friendly discussions
- Tech proficiency with CRM systems, Slack/Microsoft Teams, and office software
- Highly reliable, self-directed, and professional home office environment
