Schedule
- W2 part-time role, minimum 10 hours/week
- Preferred availability:
- Mon–Thurs 3–8pm MT (highly preferred) OR 10am–2pm MT
- Fri/Sat availability highly preferred
- Remote role, must have reliable WiFi and technology setup
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Open and set up virtual groups, welcoming clients and facilitators
- Monitor attendance and follow up with absent clients
- Publish daily attendance and communicate issues with care teams
- Provide families with reminders and session invitations
- Support alumni or family groups as needed
- Administer surveys and assist with project-based tasks
- Ensure smooth tech setup for group sessions and resolve client questions
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults in individual or group settings preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and independence
- Comfortable with virtual client interaction and on-camera presence
- Proficiency with Zoom, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, and EMRs
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Pay
- $20.00 per hour
