Schedule
- Part-time W2 role (12–28 hours weekly)
- Must commit to at least 15 hours per week
- Availability required within:
- Mon–Thurs 3–9pm MT OR 10am–2pm MT (split shift preferred)
- Rotating Fridays and Saturdays 9am–3pm MT
- Reliable WiFi and confidential remote workspace required
What You’ll Do
- Engage clients in 1:1 peer discussions to encourage treatment participation
- Provide skill-based interventions for clients in moments of stress
- Conduct risk screenings and safety planning, escalating when needed
- Serve as a consistent support throughout treatment programming
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (or senior-year student) in psychology, social work, or related field OR relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Peer Specialist)
- 2nd-year Master’s students preferred
- Direct or lived experience with mental health/substance use challenges required
- 1+ years working with adolescents/young adults in clinical or peer support settings preferred
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to build trust
- Proficiency with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, EMR systems, and Microsoft Excel

- $20 per hour
