About the Role
As Care Admin Lead, you’ll manage a team responsible for critical data operations including reconciliation, manual entry, and system migrations. You’ll ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality across data processes that directly impact patient care and organizational performance. Success will be measured by team productivity, data integrity, and your ability to prioritize high-impact tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Care Delivery Specialists, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Manage reconciliation of data sets to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Oversee manual data entry tasks with quality control to reduce errors
  • Coordinate data migration projects, working with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and standards
  • Continuously optimize workflows, identify automation opportunities, and streamline processes
  • Implement QA measures and conduct audits to validate data accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with admissions, care experience, compliance, and other teams to meet data needs and priorities
  • Maintain documentation of data processes, standards, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in data operations, reconciliation, manual entry, and migrations
  • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with database systems and tools such as Salesforce, EMRs, and Google Sheets a plus
