Schedule
- Full-time, remote (not available in AK, CA, CO, IL, ME, NY, or WA)
- Shift-based schedule (selected during application)
- Performance measured by admissions quotas, patient satisfaction, and time-to-admission KPIs
Compensation
- Base salary: $54,000–$60,000 annually
- Target total cash with performance bonus: $66,000–$84,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Facilitate a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
- Build trust and gather demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories
- Clearly communicate financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance info
- Ensure timely coordination to advance clients into Charlie Health’s program
- Meet admission quotas and time-to-admission goals while ensuring patient satisfaction
- Educate prospective clients and families on Charlie Health’s mission and individualized care model
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
- 2+ years of sales or admissions experience (healthcare admissions a plus)
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA a plus
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults in a mental health context a plus
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills
