Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must reside in the U.S. and live in Mountain or Pacific Time Zone)
- Hourly pay: $18.91 – $31.92, depending on experience and location
- Eligible for bonus, benefits, and growth opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System
- Support Account Managers and offshore Service Delivery Teams with client requests
- Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, application follow-ups, and quoting tasks
- Escalate issues as needed and maintain accurate documentation in client databases
- Build strong client relationships to support retention and revenue growth
- Train and mentor new Account Specialists on procedures and service standards
- Identify process improvements and share feedback with leadership
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or equivalent
- 2–3 years of insurance experience (personal lines, commercial lines, life & health, or employee benefits)
- Property & Casualty License preferred, or ability to pass state exam within 30 days of hire
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple client systems
