Schedule
- Full-time role, remote (Eastern Time Zone only)
- Base salary: $55,000–$75,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues via live chat, email, and Zoom
- Triage requests from customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Data teams on root-cause solutions
- Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base and help center
- Stay calm under pressure while delivering empathetic, high-quality support
- Identify and suggest workflow and process improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS Customer Support experience
- Based in Eastern Time Zone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening
- Familiarity with support and CRM tools (Zendesk, Jira, Hubspot, Google Suite)
- Time management and prioritization skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A sense of urgency, empathy, and humility
- Bonus: Experience in MedTech or customer advocacy programs
