Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Pay: $18/hr (verified Spanish bilingual required)
- Hiring in: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
- Alorica provides company equipment (including webcam)
- Must have wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
What You’ll Do
- Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) support to healthcare customers
- Assist with service issues, product concerns, billing questions, and account updates
- Document call details for auditing and reporting purposes
- Educate and upsell customers on new or enhanced services
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (oral and written)
- Strong computer navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience preferred
