Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Pay: $16/hr
  • Hiring in: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Alorica provides company equipment (including webcam)
  • Must have wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with questions and service concerns related to healthcare products or services
  • Document call details for auditing and reporting
  • Update and maintain customer records
  • Educate and upsell customers on new or enhanced services

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Professional, customer-first mindset
