Schedule
- Fully remote, full-time role (32+ hours per week)
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts required (some holidays included)
- Mandatory two-week paid training over Zoom (100% attendance required):
- Sept 29 – Oct 3, 9am–5pm EST
- Oct 6 – Oct 10, 11am–7pm EST
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients calling their doctor’s office
- Build trust and provide compassionate support using customized scripts
- Document patient needs accurately before connecting them with a nurse
- Manage inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Escalate calls appropriately when needed and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Contribute to a supportive, non-clinical healthcare team environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare/call center preferred)
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Strong organizational, listening, and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong computer skills
- HIPAA-compliant home office with locked-door workspace
- Reliable hardwired internet (23 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)
- Landline or VOIP phone (from same provider as internet; services like Google Voice not accepted)
- Must pass pre-employment test, background check, and reference check

- $17/hour base pay
- Additional incentives:
- +$1/hour differential (3pm–11pm EST, Mon–Thurs)
- +$3/hour weekend differential (Fri 3pm EST – Mon 7am EST)
- +$1/hour bilingual pay (Spanish, testing required)
