Schedule
- Remote, US-based role (must reside in TX metro area)
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts required (some holidays included)
- Mandatory two-week paid training over Zoom (full attendance required):
- Sept 29 – Oct 3, 9am–5pm EST (M–F)
- Oct 6 – Oct 10, 11am–7pm EST (M–F)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first contact for patients calling their doctor’s office
- Build trust and provide compassionate, bilingual support (Spanish/English)
- Document patient needs accurately before connecting them with a nurse
- Follow customized scripts to ensure consistent patient care
- De-escalate situations as needed and escalate calls appropriately
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience (healthcare or call center preferred)
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English); must speak Spanish and document in English
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to provide a HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable hardwired internet (23 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload minimum)
- Must pass pre-employment testing, background check, and reference check
Benefits
- $17/hour base pay
- Additional pay incentives:
- +$1/hour differential (3pm–11pm EST Mon–Thurs)
- +$3/hour differential (Fri 3pm EST – Mon 7am EST)
- +$1/hour bilingual pay differential
