What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through website setup via phone, email, and video conference
- Adapt support style to fit each client’s level of involvement
- Build websites using FMG’s proprietary CMS
- Manage 30+ active projects and update client records in HubSpot
- Set expectations with clients and keep projects on track
- Collaborate with other teams (Fulfillment, Copywriting, Devs) to launch sites
What You Need
- Customer service or support experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- An eye for design; interest in HTML/CSS a plus
- Project management experience preferred
