- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (must be available for any 8-hour shift)

What You’ll Do
- Handle prior authorizations (PAs) and verify patient insurance coverage.
- Process claims, denials, appeals, and billing.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance payers via phone and email.
- Assist with claim adjudication and insurance verification.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and payer guidelines.
What You Need
- At least 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, claims, or prior authorization.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid programs.
- Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT coding (a strong plus).
- Ability to multi-task using dual monitors.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
- Must complete an on-camera interview.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
