Schedule
- Remote (must reside in Utah, Georgia, Florida, or Arizona)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday with possible weekends
- Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST

What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and outbound follow-ups as needed.
- Assist patients with insurance, billing, and medical information.
- Perform accurate data entry into company systems.
- Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients.
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
What You Need
- Minimum 12 months recent call center experience (required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet with wired modem connection (hotspots not accepted).
- Professional, quiet home workspace.
- Commitment to full training and schedule (no time off first 90 days).
