Schedule
- Remote (Las Vegas, NV residents only)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
- Start Date: September 2025
- Equipment provided and shipped to your home
What You’ll Do
- Verify insurance and patient information for prescriptions.
- Provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound calls.
- Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients.
- Review billing and medical information for accuracy.
- Follow HIPAA and federal healthcare program guidelines.
What You Need
- 1+ year recent call center experience (required).
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with wired high-speed internet.
- Ability to meet KPIs and work full scheduled shifts.
