Schedule
- Remote (Georgia residents only)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
- Start Date: Early October 2025
What You’ll Do
- Review, process, and adjudicate medical insurance claims with accuracy.
- Verify patient eligibility, coverage, and claim details.
- Communicate with providers, carriers, and patients to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and industry regulations.
- Maintain thorough documentation in internal systems.
What You Need
- 1+ year recent experience in medical claims or healthcare insurance (required).
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes, EOBs, and medical terminology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to meet KPIs in a remote setting.
- High-speed internet with modem connection required.
