What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and resolve routing and mapping issues with data-driven solutions.
  • Provide clear, proactive communication to transportation offices, drivers, and school staff.
  • Document feature requests and follow up on bug reports.
  • Support customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, including routing questions and navigation troubleshooting.
  • Analyze driver feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of mapping changes and system improvements.

What You Need

  • Previous customer-facing experience (support, service, or client relations).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Comfortable learning on the fly and troubleshooting alongside customers in real time.
