What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve routing and mapping issues with data-driven solutions.
- Provide clear, proactive communication to transportation offices, drivers, and school staff.
- Document feature requests and follow up on bug reports.
- Support customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, including routing questions and navigation troubleshooting.
- Analyze driver feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement updates.
- Maintain accurate records of mapping changes and system improvements.
What You Need
- Previous customer-facing experience (support, service, or client relations).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Comfortable learning on the fly and troubleshooting alongside customers in real time.
