Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Support client onboarding and provide ongoing account-based service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
- Research and resolve client issues, escalating when appropriate
- Organize open enrollment activities, health fairs, and education sessions
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with renewals
What You Need
- 1+ years of experience in health insurance, benefits, HR, or healthcare
- Experience onboarding new clients is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with HR leaders and executives
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive
